Enduring the sudden death of her husband following a brain aneurysm, Marie became a single mum in an instant.
Sitting down to tell her children their Dad had died was the most agonising moment of Marie Alessi’s life.
Instead of breaking her, the experience, set Marie on a new path where she discovered an incredible inner strength. Marie calls it ‘the power of grief ‘and has written and co-authored 6 books to date, delivered her own TedX talk, as well as developed various healing programs, all with the intention of ‘Bringing Lightness into Grief!’
This is a must-listen conversation. Marie provides insight into how she changes the narrative of grief, all based on a promise she made to her husband before he died.
