I met Phil shortly after I arrived in Australia, firstly as my boss, then my business partner then for the next forty plus years as a close friend.
Phil always saw a glass as half-full and was a kind and very giving man with a very quick wit.
He will be very sorely missed.
Happy memories of Phil on his trips to Scotland. He was dynamic, clever and kind. He lived life to the full, and will be much missed.
